    • If you or an IAFF member you know is struggling with an addiction to prescription pills or other illicit substances, help is closer than you think. The IAFF Center of Excellence’s hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help fire fighters, paramedics and the people close to them understand substance abuse and explore treatment options at our IAFF exclusive facility.

We offer specialized treatment in a group therapy format—caregivers caring exclusively for other caregivers who struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, or substance use disorder as a consequence of their jobs.
